The PayTrack: A Web-Based Payroll and Attendance Management System for Tayabas Western Academy is developed to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure management of employee attendance, payroll, and leave records. This system is intended for official use only and shall be accessed exclusively by authorized personnel of Tayabas Western Academy.
The PayTrack system aims to automate payroll and attendance processes, reduce manual errors, and promote transparency in employee records. It serves as an official platform for managing salary computation, leave applications, and deductions.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing of passwords or unauthorized access to another user’s account is strictly prohibited. Any action made under a user’s account will be considered their responsibility.
All information stored in the system, including attendance, salary, and employee data, is confidential and owned by Tayabas Western Academy. Users are not allowed to alter, delete, or share any data without proper authorization. The system adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) to ensure the protection of personal information.
The system shall only be used for legitimate and official school-related purposes. Unauthorized manipulation, falsification of records, or access beyond the given user role is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in disciplinary or administrative actions.
The designated Admin Head or system administrator has the authority to monitor user activity, restrict or modify account access, and update system policies as needed. The administrator may also implement necessary changes to maintain data security and operational integrity.
Logging in and using the PayTrack system means the user agrees to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
The developers of PayTrack shall not be held liable for any data misuse, loss, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence or violations of these terms and conditions.
